SINGLE EAR UNIT:

You will need to check the firmware version of your unit before ordering.

To check the version on your mobile phone (when the earphones are connected), open Sony Sound Connect APP, scroll down and click on "Device settings" then click on "System".

Note: some mobile phones in the Bluetooth settings will also tell you the firmware version.

If you are unable to connect/find your firmware version or have a different version than 2.0.1, 3.2.1, 4.0.2, 5.0.2, 6.0.0, 6.1.0 we offer a pairing service.

Single ear unit $168.50inc gst (ear unit $132.50 + pairing service $25.00 + postage $11.00)

You will need to send us your current ear unit and charging case so we can re-install firmware, reset and initialize.
