Shipping Policy

We only deliver to Australian addresses.

DELIVERY TIME

Products ordered from our online store which are in stock will be shipped within 1-2 days. 
Items not in stock will be put on back order and ship out once the item has arrived. 
If the item is no longer available you will be notified and issued a full refund.

FREIGHT

Parcels will be sent by Australia post unless otherwise requested.
Parcels over the value of $200.00 will be sent by insured delivery.

PARTS BACKORDERS

Stock items temporarily out of stock will automatically be back ordered, unless advised otherwise.
Back orders will be despatched as soon as the stock arrives, we may not be able to send parts all together, especially when items are ordered from various manufacturers.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Since SPEEDY SPARES P/L, the seller, only acts as the distributor of its products, it gives no warranties. Warranties may be provided by the product manufacturer or supplier. Our liability is limited to refund of the purchase price for the individual part only, if it is found to have a manufacturer’s defect.

SEMICONDUCTOR WARRANTY

Faults not correctly diagnosed or faults in other parts of the circuitry may result in a newly fitted device being damaged. Manufacturers stand by their quality control testing and do not accept warranty claims on semiconductor devices if fitted
and claimed to be faulty.

RETURN POLICY

SPECIAL ORDERS

"Special Orders" are parts that we do not keep in stock and must be ordered on an individual basis. Speedy Spares orders these items from the manufacturer which normally takes a few days to receive before we dispatch them, however some difficult to procure parts may have an extended turnaround time or unforseen delays. The number of days displayed are working days which does not include weekends or public holidays.

Special Orders are not returnable and not cancellable

CANCELLATIONS

Companies are becoming very strict on cancellations, due to the fact that parts are being shipped directly to us from overseas locations. They are starting to refuse the option to cancel an order after we submit it. There are no longer any guarantees that we can cancel backorders placed with manufacturers.

PHONE/FAX ORDERS

To ensure speedy delivery of the CORRECT parts please quote the following when phoning or faxing through an order:
* Your customer I.D. number
* Order Number
* Part number and description
* Circuit board references where possible
* Any markings on the item that may help us identify it quicker
* Freight required
* A contact name and number during business hours.
