This option is if you require us to re-install firmware and reset/initialize your earphones for you.
($25.00inc gst for pairing service and $11.00inc gst for postage back to you = $36.00inc gst)
You will need to send us your charging case, left and right ear units.
Once work is complete, we will contact you for payment details (credit card, Paypal, direct deposit).
