SINGLE EAR UNIT:
You will need to check the firmware version of your unit before ordering.
To check the version on your mobile phone (when the earphones are connected), open Sony Sound Connect APP, click on "My Device", then click on the 3 dot menu button at top right corner, click on "WF-L900 Version".
If you are unable to connect/find your firmware version or have a different version than 4.0.1 or 4.2.1, we offer a pairing service.
Single ear unit $124.00inc gst (ear unit $88.00 + pairing service $25.00 + postage $11.00)
You will need to send us your current ear unit and charging case so we can re-install firmware, reset and initialize.
